Cancellation Policy

If you are, for any reason, unable to make your booking then please let us know, giving as much notice as possible. The following sections cover the conditions under which we may make a charge to help us cover our potential loss of revenue resulting in a late cancellation.

Friday, Saturday Dinner Service and Special menus:

Bookings made for Friday or Saturday dinner service and special menus (including our Feast Nights, Christmas feast menu and New Year's Eve) are subject to a 24 hour cancellation policy; we reserve the right to charge you up to £10 per person for any no-shows or cancellations, reductions in numbers or postponements made within 24 hours of your booked time of arrival. To do this, we politely request credit card details be provided at the time of booking. If card details are not provided within 24 hours of a request being made, then we reserve the right to cancel your booking.

Your card details will be temporarily and securely stored within the STRIPE PCI DCS compliant system and only accessed in the event of a charge being made in accordance with this cancellation policy.

Lunchtime Pre-ordering:

We politely request credit card details be provided to secure all lunchtime pre-orders. Your card details will be securely stored and only accessed in the event of a no-show or cancellation being made after 11:00am on the day of your booking, in which case we reserve the right to charge the full menu price of your pre-order.
