The bistro's contemporary dining room has a seasonal menu with daily specials using locally sourced produce. Private functions can be catered for, see Private Functions.

Example dishes include Seared King Scallops on a mixed leaf salad with a saffron vinaigrette, Medallions of Scottish fillet steak on a wild mushroom mash with a port and red wine jus and green beans, or perhaps Pan friend calves liver on a root vegetable rosti with green beans. Everything is freshly prepared in our professional kitchen. Our Head Chef, Pete, also makes a mean Banoffee Creme Brulee!
